The first of five batch annealing furnaces has been fired up at Tsingtuo’s Stainless Steel Plant in China’s Fujian Province.

CISDI Thermal and Environmental Engineering Co is undertaking construction of the furnaces to an EPC mode.

Each will have a maximum charging capacity of 50 tonnes and function for the recrystallising and bright annealing of hot-rolled grade-400 stainless steel coils.

CISDI’s applied tech:

✔        Low-NOx combustion.

The Tsingtuo project breaks new ground for CISDI’s specialism in stainless steel coil treatment.

It also expands its batch annealing furnace specification range. CISDI now covers all specifications in the market - non-ferrous vacuum furnaces, all-hydrogen furnaces for cold-rolled carbon steel production, furnaces for hot-rolled grade-400 stainless steel strip, and rod and coil furnaces.
