Heavy bar rolling line now operational at Shijiazhuang Steel

A special steel heavy bar rolling line has been hot commissioned at Shijiazhuang Steel.
CISDI took technological leadership for, and package-supplied, this line.
Its annual 800,000 tonne production capacity covers multiple products and specifications: Φ80mm-Φ260mm round bars, 150mm-300mm blooms and 75mm-180mm square bars.
The products will be used as alloy structural steel, pinion steel, free-cutting steel, spring, bearing and die steel.
CISDI patented products – the BDCD breakdown mill, NHCD short-stress path rolling mill and the FSCD heavy flying shear are operating smoothly.
